About this project
Set in the heart of downtown with sweeping views, this residence offers wonderful light and flow — but an open plan of this size can be difficult to read without thoughtful furnishing.
We approached the design with a refined, neutral palette, using intentionally scaled pieces and purposeful layouts to define the living and dining areas and frame the views rather than compete with them.
The finished home gives buyers and residents a clear, comfortable sense of how the space is meant to be lived in.
