Move-in ready should mean you walk in with a suitcase and nothing else is asked of you. Not a delivery window to wait on, not a box of shelf brackets on the counter.
For us it means the furniture is placed, the beds are made, the art is hung and levelled, the lamps are wired and working, and the packaging is gone before we are.
That standard is only possible because logistics is in-house. Our own crew handles delivery, layout and setup, which is why the last hour of an install looks like styling rather than assembly.
The test we use is simple: could someone genuinely live here tonight? If the answer is anything short of yes, we are not finished.
